There is also a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer iron and board sun and beach chairs.

Outside is a sunny balcony terrace perfect for dining 'al fresco' with dining furniture. The communal gardens and pathways are beautifully maintained and have spectacular Montgo mountain views. The swimming pool is overlooked from the balcony so in a great spot for those keen to swim.
Their is secure parking/storage across the road for bikes, scooter, cars etc for 30 Euros per week payable to La Sella.
The apartment is located on the desirable "La Sella" Golf, Tennis & Spa complex and includes the magnificent 18 hole Championship Golf Course, excellent tennis courts, horse riding, cycling and walking trails, restaurants, cafe/bar, supermarket and pharmacy with the added benefit of being close to the holiday destinations of Denia & Javea. Other places worth visiting are the coastal towns of Moraira and Gandia. Your holiday can be as active or relaxed as you want it to be!
Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan and vibrant town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th Century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. The main street for shopping in Denia is Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful Parisian tree lined avenue with shops, cafe/bars and restaurants where you can sit and relax enjoying the culture and atmosphere of the town. There are exquisite boutiques and gift shops and the restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. Denia's warm climate makes it an all year round location.
