This fantastic 3 bed, 3 bath villa is well situated in a very tranquil area but only a five minute walk to the beach, bars/restaurants, shops and the local bus route to Denia that takes only 7 minutes.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom which also has an en suite and fans are in all the other rooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two have double beds. A fully modern fitted kitchen, downstairs utility room with washing machine and another shower, lounge with separate dining area, large terrace outside with beautiful gardens and a private pool.

The villa has private parking with a metal entrance gate that can be locked for security. There are orange groves to the rear, with spectacular mountain views to the left and front of the villa

I’m sorry but no pets are allowed in the villa.

Description

A wide selection of local bars and restaurants are within an 8 minute walk, where you can enjoy drinks, cuisine from many nationalities, including Spanish, Seafood, Italian, Indian, German, Dutch and English.

Denia town centre is a picturesque walk along the beach/street or a 7 minute drive away by car or a regular bus service which will only cost you 1.50€. The town has a Spanish cosmopolitan feel, with a tree lined boulevard (Marques de Campo), new large Marina with exclusive bars and restaurants and all the local shops and restaurants you could wish for. Denia has many fiestas throughout the year, which offer the tourist and locals alike local culture to enjoy.

A new large indoor shopping complex on three floors is only a 7 minute drive in the opposite direction where you find many boutiques, a large supermarket, eaten places, coffee shops and a cinema.
